Cancellation Policy. A Non-refundable Deposit is required at time of booking. For bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or non attendance deposit will be forfeited. If you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, you may reschedule your appointment to a different day.  If you reschedule your appointment more than once you will forfeit your deposit and be required to pay another non-refundable booking deposit. I completely understand that emergencies do arise, however please respect that your appointment is approximately a 3 hour allocation of my time which could be offered to another client.
